Application Guidance Notes

Technical Guidance Note

Applications should be submitted one month in advance of each LAG meeting. LAG meetings are held on a quarterly basis from June 2009 onwards. Please contact the LEADER Co-ordinator if you have any questions regarding your application. Applications can be submitted in lower or upper case.

The LAG meetings will be held on the following dates:
  • 21st September 2010 – applications should be submitted no later than 24th August 2010
  • TBC December 2010 - applications should be submitted no later than 8th November 2010
  • 15th March 2011 – applications should be submitted no later than 15th February 2011
  • 29th June 2011 – applications should be submitted no later than 23rd May 2011
All applicants will have the opportunity to do a 10 minute presentation about their proposed project.

Scoring Guidance

There is a 2 stage scoring process by LAG members for each application.

Stage 1:
A quorum of LAG members will always be required to score an application with a quorum being defined as over 50% of LAG members.

Stage 2:
The score provided by the LAG from stage 1 requires a majority ruling e.g. if 6 out of 10 scores are positive then the application would pass.		 Image of a reservoir in Renfrewshire
